Cafe Metro
The Metroplex Adventist Hospital cafeteria serves food from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on weekdays and from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on weekends. The cafeteria is closed for cleaning and restocking from 9:00 to 9:30 a.m. and 2:30 to 3:30 p.m. daily. Visitors are welcome to eat in the cafeteria. The cafeteria serves a wide selection of muffins, sweet rolls, cereals, desserts, fruit, cold sandwiches, microwavable sandwiches, snacks and beverages.

Gift Shop
The Eclectic Gift Shop is operated and staffed by the hospital's volunteers. It is open from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday and from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Friday. The shop is closed on Saturdays and Sundays.

At the Metroplex and Rollins Brook Community Hospital labs, the patients and accuracy of test results come first.
The lab performs over 428,000 tests per year at Metroplex and several hundred thousand tests at the Rollins Brook Community Hospital.

Both Technical and Phlebotomy staff are nationally certified to insure the best patient care possible. The lab works closely with the Emergency Room to provide rapid turnaround on all requested tests.
Carter BloodCare provides both facilities blood for transfusions. All blood bank units meet national and local testing standards to insure the blood supply is free of infectious diseases.
