Staff Development
Staff Development is conducted in a variety of ways, which include:
- Workshops
- Classes
- Monthly Inservices
- New Product/Device Training
- Annual Competency Evaluation
- Monthly Staff Meetings
- Function Specific Trainers and Super-users
The majority of units have their own educator to assist staff with orientation and training throughout the year. These clinical educators can be found by department on the Contact Us page.
Preceptors are available on all units to mentor new staff.
