Metroplex has grown significantly in the past several months. The new five-story patient tower is a state-of-the-art acute patient-care facility. The majority of our rooms are private allowing you more confidentiality, freedom and family comfort.
Our new patient computer system is called iConnect. It is a paperless system which allows your physician, nurses, technicians, dietitians and authorized professionals to have access to your latest health status and medical condition. They can access this information at the same time and from various locations. Your physician can keep track of your progress from his office or home. The computerized medical record is automated with the patient monitoring equipment, lab computers, radiology equipment, pharmacy and nursing services. This means results are immediately on the record so your healthcare professionals can provide you with immediate treatment and care.
The modern facilities are nice, the high-tech equipment and computers are impressive, but our greatest asset is our caring, professional staff. Our entire team is committed to providing you with unsurpassed service.
