Home Care of Metroplex Receives Pat/Stat® Award of Distinction
Home Care of Metroplex has been named a national best practice agency by Fazzi Associates. The recognition is based on a comparative analysis of agencies involved in Fazzi Associates’ patient satisfaction system for the past year. Home Care of Metroplex has a Referral Enhancer Index result that places it in the top 25% of the 350 agencies in the Pat/Stat® national database.
As a result, Fazzi Associates has presented Home Care of Metroplex with its Pat/Stat® Award of Distinction. This award was presented to home health organizations that demonstrated superior performance in patient satisfaction in 2007.
